A pillar of Lusophone hip hop,  Hélio Batalha began his musical career in 2007, coming first in a radio contest promoted by the Ministry of Health and Praia’s FM Radio. In 2016, he was named Artist Revelation of the Year at the Cabo Verde Music Awards and performed at Atlantic Music Expo. He subsequently undertook several tours nationally and abroad, taking him to Switzerland and Portugal. At the end of 2016, he released his first album, “KARTA D’ALFORIA”.

Um pilar da música hip hop Lusófona, Hélio Batalha começou a sua carreira musical em 2007, tendo ficado em primeiro num concurso na rádio promovido pelo Ministério da Saúde e pela Rádio Praia FM. Em 2016, foi nomeado Artista Revelação do Ano pela Cabo Verde Music Awards e actuou no Atlantic Music Expo. Em seguida, fez vários tours nacionais e internacionais, levando-o à Suíça e Portugal. No fim de 2016, ele lançou o seu primeiro álbum, KARTA D’ALFORIA.
