LusAfro brings together artists to promote musical exchanges between lusophone Africa (Angola, Cabo Verde, Guinea-Bissau, Mozambique, São Tomé and Príncipe) & Germany

The project features 3 phases and started in Praia, Cabo Verde for a first meet-up during the week before Atlantic Music Expo in April. Here the first collaborations were presented to the public on the LusAfro Stage. For the 2nd phase LusAfro travels to western Germany to join the Odyssee Festival from 19th-22nd July 2017. A selection of artists will take part in the 4 day roadshow festival. Finally the 3rd LusAfro gathering will take place in Berlin for the concert series Big up! in November 2017.
