Gato Preto –producer Lee Bass and rapper/singer Gata Misteriosa – unveils the African music paradise, with the polyrhythm of Bass from Ghana, the Portuguese slang of Gata’s Mozambique, and, live, the incredible Djembe of Moussa Diallo from Senegal. Unique is what they are live: afro-futuristic outfits combined with Gata jumping around the stage, Lee kicking the beats and synths, and Moussa hitting the Djembe. Gato Preto headlined the Nyenge Nyege Festival in Uganda in 2016. Their album “Tempo” was released in March 2017.
